"It looks a bit plain, but it is very popular," said Mr.Yasunori Kurogi the representative. We came up with the idea when thinking about how to utilize Enoki mushrooms, and now it has become a standard menu. The batter is filled with the delicious taste of Enoki mushrooms. It is tossed in sweet vinegar with a refreshing taste and eaten with as much tartar sauce as you like. The food is served buffet style, so please enjoy it to your heart's content.
