This restaurant has a lot of fans with-in and from outside of Miyazaki prefecture, as the birthplace of chicken nanban. The most popular dish here is of course the chicken-nanban. Made with chicken breasts from small young chickens, the meat is juicy and tender. Coated with egg and deep fried, creating a light and crispy skin. It is then passed through an original sweet vinegar sauce that soaks into the batter. The sweet vinegar sauce recipe has been passed down from the previous owner. Take out is also available and popular.
